Loatile has 14 years postgraduate experience that encompasses infrastructure programme management, construction project management and facilities management. He has managed projects in different property sectors, namely; retail, industrial, office, residential, mining and vacant land from projects initiation, planning, design, implementation, completion and handover to the clients.

 

He has managed projects with a budget ranging from R 2 Billion to R 50 000 and other smaller maintenance/repairs works, preparation of budgets – obtaining approval thereof and financial control throughout the project’s life cycle.

Gift has 17 years’ experience in the Facilities Management industries and has managed multinationals and National accounts, raging form offices, warehouse, shopping centre and international airport. He has managed major developments with a budget over 100 million and operational Maintenance budget over 45 million.

 

His experience allowed him to implement long term maintenance budget plans, effective operations management policies, procedures, installations of Major tenants, retrofitting of buildings and conducting reviews or audit on existing FM project to ensure operations efficiency and sustainability.
